K.SEO · AMAZON

Rank the listing.
Then spend.

Most Amazon accounts are losing money in two places at once: campaigns bidding on terms that never convert, and listings that can't convert the traffic they already get. We fix the second before scaling the first — because paying to send people to a weak listing is the most expensive mistake on the platform.

The listing does the selling

Title, bullets, images, A+ content and back-end search terms are a single system. Keywords go where Amazon's index reads them, bullets answer objections in the order buyers raise them, and the image stack carries the whole pitch for the 70% who never read a word. We rebuild listings against real search data, not guesswork.

02

PPC with a structure behind it

Auto campaigns harvest search terms, exact-match campaigns take the winners, and the losers get negatived out every single week. Sponsored Products carry conversion, Sponsored Brands defend the branded term, Sponsored Display retargets browsers. ACoS targets are set per product based on its margin — not one blanket number across the catalogue.

03

Catalogue depth at scale

Brands with 100+ SKUs lose money in the long tail, where listings get created once and never touched. We work through the full catalogue — variations stitched correctly, parentage fixed, images standardised, dead listings merged or killed — so the whole account pulls instead of three hero products.

04

Reporting that survives a question

Spend, ACoS, TACoS, organic rank movement, share of voice on the terms that matter, and what changed in the account that month. If a product isn't working we'll tell you it's a pricing or review problem rather than selling you more ad spend to paper over it.

Questions people ask

What ACoS should we target?

It depends entirely on your margin and whether you're launching or harvesting. A product with 40% margin can sustain a very different ACoS from one at 15%. Any agency quoting a single ACoS target across your whole catalogue isn't looking at your numbers.

Do you work with Seller Central or Vendor Central?

Primarily Seller Central, which is where most Indian D2C brands operate. We can advise on Vendor Central but the day-to-day management we run is Seller Central.

Can you handle Flipkart and other marketplaces too?

Yes — Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, JioMart and quick commerce are all managed alongside Amazon, usually under one marketplace retainer.
