K.SEO · SOCIAL AGENCY GUIDE

How to judge
a social agency.

Social media is the easiest service to sell badly, because output looks like effort and effort looks like results. Four posts a month and a monthly reach screenshot can be billed for a long time before anyone notices nothing happened. Here's what to check instead.

Volume is not a vanity metric here

Short-form reach is decided by how many swings you take. An agency shipping four posts a month cannot build momentum regardless of how good those four are. Fifteen to twenty pieces monthly is roughly the floor where the algorithm has enough to work with — ask what the committed monthly volume actually is, in writing.

02

Who shoots, and how often

Most failed social retainers die of footage starvation: the calendar exists, the content doesn't, and stock imagery fills the gap by month three. Ask how footage gets produced. If the answer is "you send us content," understand that you've hired an editor, not an agency.

03

Reporting that admits failure

A report that shows every number rising is a report that's been curated. Real social performance is uneven — some formats die, some unexpectedly land. An agency that shows you the flops and what it learned is managing the account; one that only shows wins is managing you.

04

Where we fit

We ship 15–20 reels, 5–10 statics and 4–5 carousels monthly across four platforms, shoot on location in Delhi NCR, and report on saves, profile visits and enquiries rather than reach alone. Retainers run ₹30,000–₹60,000 a month. If you need two posts a week and nothing else, we're more agency than you need.

Questions people ask

How many posts a month is enough?

For meaningful momentum, 15–20 pieces across formats. Below ten, you're maintaining a presence rather than growing one — which is a valid choice, just price it accordingly.

Should the agency shoot or should we?

Both work if the briefing is good. Hybrid is most common: your team films from our shot lists for routine content, we bring a crew for launches and campaigns.

What does good reporting look like?

Saves, shares, profile visits, follower quality and enquiries — plus what failed and why. Reach alone tells you almost nothing about whether the account is working.
