Positioning before pixels
Who you're for, what you replace, and why you cost what you cost — settled before anyone opens a design tool. Half the brands we meet have a beautiful identity and no answer to those three questions, which is exactly why their content feels generic no matter how well it's shot.
A system, not a logo file
Identity work ships as a usable system: logo in every lockup and format, type scale, colour tokens, grid rules, photography direction and templates your team can actually use. The test of a brand system is whether a new hire can produce on-brand work in week one without asking.
Packaging is your highest-reach media
For a physical product, the pack reaches more people than any ad you'll run. It has to work on a shelf, in a 40-pixel marketplace thumbnail, and in an unboxing reel — three very different jobs, designed for at the same time.
