Volume is how you find the format
Nobody can predict which reel works. What you can do is ship enough of them to find out — 15 to 20 a month across distinct formats, hooks and lengths, then double down on whatever the data picks. Brands that post four safe reels a month are not running Instagram, they are hoping. Our shoot rhythm is designed to feed that volume without needing a crew every week.
The first three seconds carry everything
Reels are lost or won before the logo appears. We script to a visual hook — motion, a stated problem, a number, a face mid-sentence — and cut captions to be readable muted, because most of your audience watches with sound off. The same footage gets three different openings so we can test the hook rather than reshoot the content.
The grid is the landing page
When a reel sends somebody to your profile, the top nine tiles decide whether they follow or leave. We design the grid as a composition — what you sell, proof, price signal, personality — and keep highlights ordered so the common questions are answered without a single DM. It is the cheapest conversion fix available on the platform.
Community management is a sales channel
DMs and comments are where intent shows up, and most brands answer them two days late. We handle replies with a response window measured in hours, route buying intent to WhatsApp, and keep a log of what people keep asking — which usually becomes the next month's content plan. Paid amplification sits on top: whitelisted creator ads and retargeting of profile visitors and video viewers.
