Delhi's brands are older than their marketing
The city is full of businesses with twenty or forty years of trade behind them and almost no digital footprint. The product is proven, the showroom works, the reputation is local — and the internet has no idea they exist. That's the most common brief we take in Delhi, and it's a very different problem from launching something new.
Trade belts, not just D2C
Kirti Nagar furniture, Karol Bagh retail, Naraina and Okhla manufacturing, Chandni Chowk wholesale — these categories sell on trust, bulk enquiry and walk-ins, not on a cart button. The marketing that works is enquiry-led: WhatsApp-first, catalogue-driven, with content shot inside the actual workshop or showroom.
Local search is underrated here
Half the enquiry volume in Delhi categories still starts with a maps search or a 'near me' query. Google Business Profile, review volume and location pages often move more revenue in the first quarter than a Meta campaign does — and almost nobody is working on them properly.
