Education marketing
built for admission season.

Education marketing is seasonal, emotional and bought by somebody other than the user. A parent choosing a school is weighing safety, outcomes and peer group far more than facilities, and the decision is made in a narrow admission window. The work has to front-load before that window opens and convert through a counselling conversation, not a checkout.

The calendar drives everything

Admission cycles do not wait. Awareness has to be running three to four months before forms open, enquiry campaigns peak during the window, and the follow-up has to be relentless while parents are comparing. We plan the year backwards from your admission dates, which means the budget curve looks nothing like a flat monthly retainer spend — and the plan says so up front.

02

Parents buy outcomes and reassurance

The content that moves a parent is specific: where last year's batch got placed, how large a class actually is, what a day looks like, who the teachers are and what they have taught before. We produce that — faculty on camera, classroom footage, alumni and parent interviews — instead of drone shots of the building, which every competitor already has.

03

Counselling is the conversion step

Nobody enrols from a form. The enquiry has to reach a counsellor fast and well-briefed, with the parent's stated concern attached. We set up routing, scripts and reminder flows around the counselling call and the campus visit, and report on enquiry-to-visit and visit-to-enrolment so you can see which stage is actually leaking.

Coaching and activity academies behave differently

A competitive-exam institute sells results and faculty credibility; a skating, yoga or music academy sells confidence, routine and a child's enjoyment. Same category, opposite creative. We separate them completely rather than running one education playbook across both — including the ad spend logic, since activity academies convert well on modest local budgets around ₹10,000 a month.

Questions people ask

When should admission marketing start?

Three to four months before forms open. Starting when the window opens means competing on price and urgency against institutions that built trust all year.

What does it cost for a coaching institute?

Social and content handling starts at ₹25,000/month. With ads managed, most single-centre institutes run ₹40,000–₹70,000 in fees. For activity academies we typically recommend around ₹10,000/month in ad spend to start.

Can you handle multiple branches?

Yes, with locality-level campaigns and separate local presence per branch. Running one campaign across branches makes reporting useless — you cannot tell which centre is actually working.

Do you market to parents or students?

Depends on age. Below roughly 14, the parent decides and the creative speaks to them. For competitive exams and skills courses the student influences heavily, so we run both audiences with different messages.
