Sequence beats coverage
Brand identity, website, content and paid media all matter eventually. Doing them simultaneously on a small budget means all four are mediocre. We sequence: get the thing that proves demand working first, then layer. For most startups that order is landing page, one paid channel, then content, then brand depth.
Founder-led content is free distribution
A founder posting honestly on LinkedIn or Instagram outperforms a brand account for the first year, consistently. It costs nothing but time and it's the highest-leverage channel most early teams ignore. We script and edit it so the time cost stays small.
Build for the fundraise too
Early marketing has a second audience: investors. A site that looks established, visible traction, real content and a brand that reads as credible all make the raise easier. That's a legitimate goal and we plan for it openly rather than pretending every rupee is pure CAC.
Scope that can shrink
Startup budgets change without warning. Our retainers are month-to-month with a 30-day exit, no setup fee and no annual lock-in. If a round slips, we'd rather scale down for a quarter than have you cancel entirely.
