Shopify builds
that load and convert.

Shopify is the right answer for most brands selling under a few hundred SKUs — it handles payments, inventory and logistics integrations you would otherwise pay to rebuild. It is the wrong answer when you need unusual product logic or a heavily animated front end. We will tell you which you are before quoting.

Conversion, not decoration

A beautiful store that loads in six seconds loses money. We build for the things that actually move revenue: fast product pages, an image stack that answers objections in order, trust signals near the buy button, a two-step checkout and a cart that works on a mid-range Android on a weak connection. That last detail matters more in India than anywhere.

02

Apps are a tax on speed

Every app injects script and slows the store. Most Shopify stores we inherit carry a dozen apps, half unused, collectively adding seconds to load. We audit what is installed, remove what is dead, and build natively into the theme wherever an app is doing something trivial.

03

Built for Indian commerce

COD, partial COD prepayment, Razorpay and PhonePe, Shiprocket and Delhivery, GST-compliant invoicing, pincode-level serviceability checks. These are not edge cases here — they are the default, and a theme bought from an overseas marketplace handles none of them properly.

04

Shopify or custom, honestly

Shopify from ₹60,000 if you need a clean, fast, maintainable store you can run yourself. Custom Next.js from ₹1.5L when you need GSAP-level animation, unusual configurators, or a front end that is part of the brand rather than a container for it. We quote both and explain the trade-off rather than selling the more expensive one by default.

Questions people ask

Shopify or a custom-coded store?

Shopify if you want speed to launch, low maintenance and standard commerce logic. Custom if animation, unusual product configuration or a distinctive front end is central to the brand.

How long does a Shopify build take?

Three to five weeks for a standard store with content ready. Custom Next.js builds run six to ten weeks depending on scope.

Do you fix slow existing stores?

Yes, and it is often the highest-return work available — app cleanup, image optimisation, theme code and lazy loading. Most stores we audit can be made substantially faster without a rebuild.

What are the payment terms?

50% advance, 50% on full deployment. Monthly retainers are billed fully in advance.

Let’s talk numbers.

20 minutes. Audit, plan and the actual costs. No deck, no fluff.
